Chelsey LeVey

Broker Associate, REALTOR® · Compass

Clients tend to meet Chelsey the same way: at an open house, at the gym, through a friend. They stay because she follows up, tells them the truth about a house, and doesn’t let the details slip.

Portrait of Chelsey LeVey

From San Diego to the Front Range

Chelsey is originally from San Diego and studied at the University of Arizona. Her working life has been spent in sales, real estate and customer service — more than two decades of it — and that background shows up in the way she runs a transaction: clear timelines, fast replies and a habit of following up long after other agents have moved on. One Colorado Springs seller hired her after more than a year of her checking in; she sold the home in a day.

She now lives in Parker with her husband and their two young children. When she isn’t showing homes, the family is usually camping, hiking or finding another corner of Colorado to explore. They are proud supporters of the military and law-enforcement communities, and Chelsey holds the Military Relocation Professional certification for clients moving on orders.

How she works

For sellers, the work starts well before the sign goes up. Chelsey looks at a house the way a buyer will, recommends the improvements that actually pay for themselves, and lines up the painters, cleaners and stagers to get them done. Pricing comes from current comparables — she is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor — and the launch is planned: professional photography and drone, Compass Coming Soon or Private Exclusive exposure when it helps, open houses and steady follow-up with every agent who walks through.

For buyers, she is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative who knows that the right house often isn’t on the portals yet. She watches for coming-soon listings, books the first available showing, and is candid about a home’s flaws as well as its potential. When an inspection turns up a problem, she has the roofer or HVAC technician who can price it quickly, so the contract stays on track.

A good share of her clients do both at once — buying the next home while selling the current one. That sequencing, with its tight timelines and contingencies, is where her planning matters most.

Where she works

Chelsey is based at the Compass office in the Denver Tech Center. Most of her business is in Parker, with steady work in Castle Rock and Castle Pines, Centennial and Greenwood Village, southeast Aurora and Denver, and occasional sales as far as Monument and Colorado Springs. Her recent record includes 22 homes sold for sellers and 27 purchases for buyers.
