Chelsey holds the National Association of REALTORS® Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, which focuses on the specifics of buying and selling on orders: PCS timelines, VA-backed financing, and working with families who may not be able to visit before they buy. Her family are proud supporters of the military community.

- Buckley Space Force Base, Aurora — convenient to southeast Aurora, Parker and Centennial via E-470 and I-225.
- Peterson and Schriever Space Force Bases, Fort Carson and the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs — Monument, northern Colorado Springs and Castle Rock are all within commuting range; Chelsey has sold homes in each.
VA loans, briefly
Eligible borrowers can often buy with no down payment and no monthly mortgage insurance. The VA appraisal also checks the home against minimum property requirements, so offers need to be written with that in mind. Chelsey works with lenders who close VA loans regularly and will help you structure a competitive offer.
