What this site collects
This website is operated by Chelsey LeVey, a real estate broker affiliated with Compass. It is a mostly static site: browsing it does not require an account, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Contact form
When you send a message, the form collects your name, email address, phone number (optional), your area of interest and your message, along with the page you sent it from. That information is used only to respond to you and to provide the real estate services you ask about. It is stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and delivered to Chelsey LeVey. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
To prevent spam, the form uses hidden anti-bot checks and Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to tell people from bots. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that measures page views without cookies, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
Server logs
Like any website, our host processes technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver and secure the site. These logs are retained only as long as needed for that purpose.
Links to other sites
This site links to Compass, social networks and other external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Accessibility
We want this website to be usable by everyone. It is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA: semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, text alternatives for images, sufficient color contrast, and respect for reduced-motion settings.
